Group Sessions
Group Fee: $15/group or purchase a whole month of tapping groups for $50. Groups are a great way to get lots of extra tapping into your week, plus we learn and grow from each other and heal in community. In addition, there is something known as “borrowed benefits” where you get the benefit of tapping with others even if the presenting conflict or emotion is not your own. Individual Sessions
I also offer limited individual EFT sessions. These are longer than group sessions and are very specific to individual needs. We dive into the roots of what is causing your specific emotional distress and work together to heal those issues. Contact me for availability.
Individual session rate: $120 for an introductory 90+ minute session done in-person or remotely. $75 for a 75 minute session after your introduction.
